Supplier Registration and Information Update System

A user-friendly online platform that enables suppliers to easily register, update, and manage their information. This system is designed to improve registration processes and create greater transparency in the organization’s supply chain. Suppliers can keep their information up-to-date and stay informed of changes and new opportunities in their partnership with the organization.

Supplier Onboarding Module

In the initial stage, suppliers sign up and provide their details. Upon successful completion, their information is integrated into the Vendors database.

Electronic Inquiry System

The Fava Gostar Mes Electronic Inquiry System has been developed to establish a stable and continuous relationship with the suppliers of the National Iranian Copper Industries(nicico) supply chain. Supplier Inquiry Portal

Suppliers can use this portal to view all inquiries assigned to them and provide their quotes. Once a response is submitted, the inquiry’s status is updated to either responded, canceled, or withdrawn.

In this module, suppliers can directly communicate with purchasing users and attach necessary files to their inquiries.
